Noises wrote he said he did it all in adobe after effects, and there was already messages there he just changed them somehow



yup, i have done this, but my upload speed is less than a Mbps so it will take 1 hour to upload the gameplay.

OP, he probably just downloaded a notification template, opened it up in After Effects (Probably what he was using to edit) and put in some custom text.
