I found this on another forums im on and thought i'd share it with you guys..



Text tutorial:
1. Have lightweight and marathon on
2. Get outside of Karachi on the side as seen in the video (opFor spawn)
3. Run up the street turn right, drop down, and run for the edge of the map.
4. Once you fall off the map click the left stick and hold your joystick forward so the game will think you are sprinting.
5. Keep sprinting while falling and in 4-5 mins you'll have sprinted 250 miles. Your falling so fast and for some reason IW made it so that while you are in the air as long as your sprinting it adds on to your challenge.
Enjoy!
Make sure that you stop sprinting every like 20 seconds. If you noticed in mw and waw you never got marathon while sprinting, only after sprinting.

During a 10th prestige lobby, If the super jump mod is on, you can jump outside the map and do this just like i did
