I just created a new account and it said I need billing info for the free month and I declined, Can I still get any type of free membership?

No, not for free. You must have credit card info on account for any type of free month promotions. It was included in a dashboard update.

YOu get Silver privileges which is basically everything except Media Apps, or Online Play

after making several new accounts on 1 console, it doesn't give you any more free memberships. i forgot how many accounts that get a free 1 month.

I did the today and had to call box support cause i didnt get it.

If you don't enter any billing information, I don't think you can get the free membership.
