A 640M might have trouble with the game, and with a processor running below 3GHz might not be so good for gaming unless it was a hex core or better.

You don't know what your talking about. The i3 2100 (dual core)(in price to performance ratio) spits on the entire AMD FX series, which features 6 cores and 8 cores.

That will run it for sure at 40-50 fps on medium settings
i bought the bethesda package yesterday and couldnt be more pleased and my computer
specs are worse than yours haha

It can run skyrim fine, and most definitely dayz because skyrim is harder to run then dayz
