Wiping will format your hard drive, so make sure you backup everything before doing so! Things you will need.
-CD/DVD Drive
-OS Disc
-A brain
If you don't have the orignal disc. Just go to TPB and download the OS you need. Burn it to a CD or DVD.
Put the disc into your computer and reboot into your BIOS. After that, find something where it asks what you want to boot from. Change it to the DVD/CD drive!
Then just follow the onscreen instructions until finished.
Hope I helped, if you're still confused. PM me. I'll be glad to help.

I don't have a brain? Haha, I've wiped many computers. I just now realized it's a netbook. Netbooks blow. Get a notebook, or better yet. Build your own desktop.

Best way to do it is by reinstalling your operating system. Since you don't have a cd drive just download an .iso of windows 7 or whatever operating system you want, then download a program called magicdisc. It's a virtual cd drive that will allow you to run an .iso as if it were an actual disc.
