I was chatting with them to try to get one and they say this to me...

" I am sorry that this is not something I can resolve for you. We lost the ability to issue codes, due to too many accounts being compromised, and the scammers coming to us to get codes."

Try it again, and look at what I said from my conversation. Don't use a over used code.
