Anyone know what happened? Some type of spawn protection or something?

When you're a Juggernaut your knifes do less damage, I'm pretty sure.

Ya I just read that, but two? And in the killcam it looked like they did nothing.

No the Juggernaugt's do not do less damage when knifing they are always a one stab kill, what happened was the guy just respawned there for he had a anti knife shield which lasts about 3-5 seconds.
