So today i got a transfer cable and on my old hdd i have motion flex and can i transfer it to my slim hdd? (+rep)

Of course you transfer the Motion Flex Mods, from HDD to HDD.

Did you get a new console? If so, then you'll need to hotswap again. Because it won't run the version that you transferred. Because the installed game is licensed to the other console.
