If you're having the same problem as I have described below please delete and re-download your account as suggested by TTGXoTiiKs
I'm not sure if it was the duplication glitch or the inventory mod that I used through 360Revolution, but either way I've technically been "banned" so to speak.
Whenever I start up Minecraft I will get disconnected from XBOX Live and cannot sign back in unless I dashboard. I have tried putting the original save back in, deleting all saves, re-downloading the game and downloading the game from a friends account through a License Transfer with no luck.
I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem currently, I know it was a problem a few months ago that has been patched so I have come to the assumption I have been banned.
This isn't a complaint thread but simply a warning that you CAN get "banned" for modding/duplicating on Minecraft. If anyone knows of any possible fixes or ways around this so I can play online again, that would be great, for now though, I will have to play Minecraft offline.

Delete your cache maybe, and no one would ever get banned for duplicating.

Do you have another account on your Xbox that can sign into live? I would try that.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I tried deleting my cache and I re-downloaded the patch for Minecraft, it didn't work I still get disconnected from XBOX Live.
I also tried playing on another account basically, when I did a License Transfer, I don't have another account with Gold so I can't really try that, I'm sure it would work as they probably just banned my GT but I won't buy Gold to play Minecraft

Try clearing cache + deleting Minecraft, then reinstall
