Yes it is, the stadium is way better than the video shows. It got updated a little.

Im not sure exactly the coordinates, but in the spawn area, there is a little train track behind the glowstone bunker thing. Follow that railroad and itll lead u straight to the football stadium! the glowstone bunker is near the temple and plane

Btw guys, the military base is going to be located behind the stadium. As it is a military base, it doesnt need to go too noticed or anything!
