None of the guards will tell me about dawnguard and when I go there the npcs won't talk to me its frozen even the plastic surgeon in riften won't talk to me I have tried re-downloading the DLC but it hasn't change can anyone help force start the questline or sumthing?

Well for starters you will have to be atleast level10 to force start you will need to find the cnayon where the castle is based

Yeah I am over level 10 and I went to castle dawnguard but the npcs won't start the questline they just say pointless one liners and walk off its depressing high.
