They should do what we do over on Alpha Modding. They should have a staff member vouch for the person and create a dummy account. If the person gets them the recovery, they can keep the post and put staff vouched in front of it or pin it etc.

I just come on here for CoD 4 Mod Menus but this site is pathetic in some ways.
