You're either Credit Banned, Already earned 200k cR, or... not giving it enough time.

If you're boosting with Custom Challenges give it a game or two, if not then you'd have to go to Waypoint to see if someone from there could help you out. I don't know if mentioning Boosting is that good, but say you can't earn credits after a game.
