Alright i have an Asus Laptop and i have been having this issue for a while i have been trying to overlook it and i am defiantly not going to pay to get it repaired and i don't even know if i would need to, which is why i am asking the people of TTG if they can help me, I have Teamviewer and i would prefer that over any other type of help but i have Windows 7 and despite trying multiple times it will not update i'm sure anyone familiar with Windows 7 knows that it will restart every 4 hours or so if it has some sort of update well the problem with mine is that it does restart and try to configure windows but once it trys to install the updates it cannot and it will undo what it did, but the problem is that it will not update no matter how many times it restarts itself so multiple times each day my computer will restart and spend 5 minutes to 10 minutes trying to do this unless i postpone it which is what i have been doing but sometimes it will not be on the top of all the windows open and therefore my PC will just randomly restart in the middle of whatever i am doing PM me if you think you can help.
