My uncle got this kid to give him his email and password on xbox and he said it has his bank account on it i dont agree with it as it happend to me but he keeps asking if he spends momey and gets 1000 msp at 7 pound or something what will happen to him if he deletes the account after doing so what will happen to him ?

It's fraud. They will most likely catch your uncle and refund the money and most likely void the console.
