My Xbox Slim Disc Drive is jammed and wont come out fully. Post any suggestions below on how I would get it functioning again. Thanks Guys

Open the 360 fully and take out the disc drive, open it up so you can see the disk drive mother board and make sure all the rubber bands are on the gears.
