bottom side of a circuit board?
I took apart an old LCD monitor I had and I'm minimizing the overall thickness of it, and wall mounting it.
I need to attach the VGA panel to the back of the LCD screen, but have no idea how I'm going to do it.
If I could put 3m double sided tape on it, it'd be perfect, but I dno if that's safe.

Put it anywhere; no way the adhesive's conductive. Even on solder points.
