Well, my friend has a KV which he extracted from a console himself, and he is sharing with one more person, and i know people on TTG would want proof, so how would he go about prooving he has one and its unbanned, I have heard about a kv tester?

Use the program KV Modder put the KV in there see if it checks out ok

No it does not as far as kv being banned or unbanned there is nothing that is going to prove the kv is not banned before it is actually booted.
