Whenever I try to connect to Facebook, it says that the "Error 7 - Operation Timed Out"

Additional Details: I haven't been on my computer for about a week. I tried restoring my computer and Restarting my Modem. I've been on Facebook before, many times so my Firewall couldn't be an issue.

I tried Firefox an IE, neither one of them worked. I'll try and restart my computer right now.

I can't connect to that website either... Can you try to give me a direct download to a good Virus Scanner?
(Where it says download, right click and hit copy link address.)
