Hawxzi wrote I agree but at least when you do reach a partnership you get something out of it, i know thats not the point but you do.
I do videos for fun, when i do reach a partnership stage i will feel on top of the world.
Yea. I would love to have thumbnails in my videos... But I would like to earn it with a good fanbase and people who enjoy my videos, not people I get to view my videos with misleading titles or botted views...

AizonTV wrote It may be bad but they seen it as a gold mine.
More channels with partnership more revenue being generated in which they take a bit cut out of.
Yet without the money aspect youtube would not be able to survive. You need that aspect or there is no youtube anyway.
Yes, but there is no need to have over 20 networks. Youtube did just fine with Machinima, etc. back in the day. These new networks are made so Google can line its pockets...

I think as long as youtube is allowing you to post your own content and not monitoring it (besides the music stuff) it's okay to become a partner it's just a perk of making something good on youtube i suppose.

It would be nice if they did the thumbnails, BG's. But to make money, you would need what you used to need to be a partner, It would make sense.

The only reason you're making this a big deal is because you don't have one. And it still is hard to get one. Even if you meet the requirements that doesn't mean they'll partner you. You still need good content and still have to earn every view and every sub you get.

Really, so botting views using trafficking sites is "earning" them? What about video misleading titles or misleading thumbnails, your telling me that those views are "earned"? And no, you still may not get partnered. And thats the shame. People that don't cheat get turned down but people with 20 subs and 800 botted views and get the partnerships. I'm guessing you have a partnership and probabaly less than 1,000 subs. Please see how hard it is to EARN one, and then come back. Have fun with your money though. Hope destroying the community was worth 20 bucks...

I do have a partnership with 187 subs. My main channel had 1.2k subs and due to adsense it couldnt be partnered... Is that a problem? And companies KNOW IF YOU BOTTED video views. So before you go and start saying "People who bot get partnerships" you're wrong my friend.

My clan on youtube; aluzionnation.
Was a pretty good clan, all playing for fun etc, but when we became partnership with someguy alex vidcast or something, they all wanted to play nolife for episodes so those could get 1000 views for 2,-.....
That's why community on mw2 as an example, becoming shit now -.-
I totally agree with you man.
