I bought gold on the same day I joined, I have pics that the money has left my account and was wondering why I have not recived it? Thanks

try logging out then back in then going to premium and logging in from there

Buying gold is instant. If you have proof that you paid then do what the user above me said and contact Telli.

Proof in this circumstance would be a screen shot of the transaction after you allegedly paid for it, or a confirmation email sent from the tech game website.
