Can anybody help eversince I got my laptop back I donwloaded AIM again it gave me a new version and it wont let me receive files from people on it does anybody know why?

It might be your firewall or Security it might thank its a virus

I turned my firewall of to just to try it and it still wouldn't work unless it is AVG but I had that last time and it worked
