What kind of console do you have? Mine's always on 100%. Keeps a temp in the low 110 degrees fahrenheit! Which is pretty good!

Full blast is always the way to go no matter if its a xenon or a big block or a slim rgh...
Tho the sound of it can get annoying on the Fat consoles i tend to leave my falcon at 80 i could shut the fan off and run it all day tho and it would be fine...Depends on how much you use it...

True. If you use it for a quick sesh, you shouldn't even have to adjust it. If you're going to keep it on for some time, keep it on at least 80%. 100% is definitely your best bet!

Agreed!...OP says he has a Slim RGH depending on your boot time they usually run hot i would just take jerrys advice and leave it at 100...Although the slims do have much better air flow with the top mounted fan...I guess it comes down to pure preference

You should have it all the way turned up, its not going to really matter on overheating tbh.
