For World at War, i downloaded a premodded ISO of World at War that had built in mods for the zombies.
All i had to do was hotswap the discs while installing world at war to trick the xbox into installing the modded iso instead of the real game and i was able to play modded zombies with my friends.
Does anything like this exist for black ops?
