People don't know but to start a network you need money. And when I say that I mean A LOT of money to start a network..

You are not a network. That title is thrown around far too much. There are only 4 networks. Fullscreen, Maker , Bentpixels and BBTV. You are merely a hub.
Also, you wont be getting a CMS for months. Your channel is tiny and you have mediocre content. Do us all a favour, work at your channel. Get 20-30 directors and upload a few videos daily. Then maybe BBTV or Fullscreen will give you a CMS.
