My turtle beaches broke and i need to talk about a solution.
I have been looking alot of their website and i dont want to write on the fourms i just want to talk to someone like xbox live support.

Instead of being completely useless, try reading the post and realizing he HAS looked it up.

You can't physically call them for support, they don't have a support line. You can submit a support ticket here, though:

Dude, ive had my beaches break more then 10 times.

i bring them into walmart and say "they dont work, left ear peice doesn't work, ect."



ive bought 1 pair, gotten 13.
