Go to cydia, and download "Music Box" No source needed.

You can download music and have playlists, as well as listen to all of it without wifi or 3g.

Personally this app isn't that good go for music on the repo.hackulo/us/ repo i think it is and download mewseek you search for any song and it will add it to your music application
