Just click on the Payment inside Paypal and it should say "Active", scroll down to the very bottom of that and you should see this:

Just hit that button and you'll only be charged for that month.

What happens if I buy it then cancel subscription will I just have a month or will cancel straight away?

Yeah, it wouldn't matter for TTG, you have still payed so..
