You are so very wrong, I wanted a free name change so I contacted them, said i was subjected to racial abuse and bam 800 in the account.

I also got 500msp as a valued customer once, They have a limit each month to give to people they deem 'Valued'

Xbox support can give out Msp. Directly into the account... No codes given.

I complained of racist remarks, 800msp was put in for a name change...

Also I had a little problem with xbox live once, called them and the guy on the phone said to me in these exact words

'Say I was to donate 500msp directly into your account for being a valued customer today, would you accept the gift?'

Think he gave me them because we had a very lengthy convo on fifa 12...
