I think as long as the kid is mature then its fine. I've been playing CoD ever since I was 6 back on the PS2. I'm now 14 and I am one of the most mature kids you'll ever see for my age. I love Call of Duty but I do think that some kids shouldn't be playing this game.

I must admit i played GTA Vicy City when it first came out, i was like 7-8.
But i didn't effect me in anyway, i don't want to kill everybody (only leechers and scammers).

I played the first ever GTA on PS1 when I was 5 or 6 years old. Plus there are 10 year old's doing worse stuff than playing 18's now.. I was at a beach party last weekend and there were 10 year old's at it.. drinking alcohol and smoking..! THAT is terrible parenting, I am 15 year's old and am still a little young for beach party's..!

i personally agree with this topic because most adults or higher of age people who play these games get way to aggressive and not only pick on the younger ones but swear too much. now how i think of this as what if those were your kids would you drop the f bomb or say the n word? no because you don't want them to use that language in public or say it to you especially if they don't know what it means. but i also agree with most of the topics and no matter how young the kid is he is always going to find people who have a foul mouth.

RosarioVampire wrotecheeze wrote When I was younger, I ALWAYS played 18's. They didn't affect me, I wasn't changed in anyway whatsoever, I think that as long as the kid can handle it and doesn't learn/replicate from what they've seen and can form a barrier between a game and real life, then I have no issues. It's the parents choice though, they're responsiblei agree and also lets be honest here, every game that isn't usually rated M for mature is **** and horrible, all the triple A games of last year and this year (Skyrim, Battlefield 3,Max Payne 3, Borderlands 2, hitman absolution) are all rated M, i am currently 16 years old and i have been playing on xbox since i was 10, if it weren't for M games i would have stopped playing a looooong time ago, M games are the only good ones
I agree with RosarioVampire, if it wasnt for M games, i wouldnt even have gotten into Xbox. Most games worth playing (Halo, Gears, Battlefield, Borderlands, etc) are all M. With too strict of age restriction also the console gaming population would be devastated, whether or not for better or worse i have no idea.
