Resetting your computer and/or router will do nothing.
You need to disconnect from the internet and get rid of the infection or just reformat your computer if you don't want to deal with doing that.

Make sure to disconnect from the internet, so he can`t harm anything there.
Run some scans, and try and go to your company where you bought the computer from and ask them to supply you with a Security Scan on your laptop.
I have McAfee and instantly tells me if it finds any threats through my laptop, and works very well.

Resetting your computer will not help with really just losing things on there and the virus but there are other ways go on a friends computer google it and then do what it takes to get rid of the virus.
bad thing is if you try he will mess with you more by shutting off task manager etc.. but honestly i been there and i had to reset my laptop at least 20 times in 1 month and it isn't good for it now i keep getting BSOD but honestly in my opinion just reset your computer and never download things from youtube like runescape hacks etc.. they do not exist and never download from torrent sites much easier to RAT you .

hugs wrote i was just on facebook, and randomly my facebook loaded this guys account so i closed it, and a message box came up on my desktop saying "add me i love you". If i turn my computer off can he still do stuff on my computer?
He probably used some crypter, look in the windows folder and look for any unusual files report back with the names. Although, if he did use a crypter there was a good chance he made it melt on install and hide from task manager etc.

Anti-virus software is a joke. The human brain works better for detecting threats than an AV.

Some people on this forum have no idea on how to handle a virus.
Disconnect yourself from the internet, and open task manager, look through all of the processes currently running. Usually they run 1-16,000KB of Memory. Check the file location, and verify it is a virus, and not explorer.exe or some shit like that.
