The emblem is un able to be unlocked, the only way it is able is accessing the files for mw2 and this is y you can get the emblem in challenge lobbys. there were goin to release the emblem but then they did not go thought with it im not sure y but this is what i thought and been told i may not be right but i think this is some what correct!
