Okay well i only remember one lucid dream that ive had which was me flying over a sandstorm in a war zone haha. But i need to know some ways to lucid dream because i havent done it in awhile and i really want to start doing it again. I know i lay there calm and relaxed, nut it never seems to work. Should i listen to binaural beats while trying it or what?
