No, and even if osama surrendered the war in the middle east would still happen.

Its not going to be over... It could be many years to come before all of our soldiers and our allies soldiers are completely withdrawn. It is a difficult process. Believe it or not a lot of iraqi civilians still not our help enforcing the laws. But to answer your question in a more direct manner. No its not over and wont be for a long time.

Also "Osama Bin Laden" did not give up. He is not the only reason we are over there. There are many other militia groups we are fighting. Although he is our nations highest target to capture. To furthermore clear things up we have soldiers in other countries in the middle east such as Afghanistan, Pakistan... the list goes on. You didn't hear a single word about those countries we are helping to stabilize. So although we might be pulling out of Iraq we still need to pull our forces out of other countries to completely end this WAR.
