Hello TTG, I was wondering if any of you talented artist could teach me how to make this in Photoshop CS6.

Here is what I want to make:

All I want to make is the background of that image.

How would I do that?

A simple way to try is make the background black and use the circle tool and put it in the middle

Hold the paint bucket tool down and there should be a drop down tool and gradient is the box looking one
