Not allowed to collect material (all materials have to be bought from shopkeeper) if this rule is not followed u will be banned from the server
You have to pay a house bill to the mayor every minecraft week. If bill ton payed you will be kicked out of ur house. If you refuse to pay bill you will be kicked from the game.
The best armor u can have is iron unless your job gives you better.
You have to agree to be loyal and trust worthy.
If any of these rules are not followed you will be sent to jail.


Jobs:
Miner: Collects coal, cobblestone, sandstone. Every item is sold to shopkeeper and all prices will be decided as a city. Miners are not in charge of mining iron or gold if needed it will be mined by the mining boss. Diamond and obsidian will not be needed.
Lumberjack: collects wood from across the world and sells to shopkeeper.
One stack of wood (not wood planks) is worth $20. Lumberjack will start off with 2 stone axes and five cooked meat.
Hunter: hunter will kill and collect animal products such as leather, meat, fish, feathers, and wool. Also will collect the items from monsters. Gets paid by shopkeeper.
Shopkeeper: shopkeeper gets paid by other playes buying materials. Starts off with shop and lots of chests.
Banker: keeps track of everyone's Money and valuables diamond, gold, ect. Banker will automatically start off with full diamond armor and sword. Banker gets paid $50 per week.
Guard: the guard is hired by any player in the game. Guard gets paid $20 per day by the player that purchased the guard.
Builder: builds all structures. If u decided to be a builder I will have to know ow good you are on a scale from (1-10) and the last big build u have created. Builders get paid $30-$1500 per build depending on how good the structure you have made is.
Realistate Agent: sells houses to playes and gets 50% of the profit 10% of the profit is given to the builder and the bank gets 40%agnt also makes 10 dollars a week regardless of what he sells.
Prison Guard: watches prisoners in jail. Starts off with diamond armor and sword. Prison Guard will get paid $40 per week unless you are watching a prisoner then your salary will be doubled.
Landscaper: in charge of flatining and filling land for builder to build on.
Blacksmith: receives all iron, coal, and cobblestone from miners. Sells materials to players.
