For gaming, an i7 will not give you any better performance than an i5-3570K, which will give you the new Ivy Bridge features that you won't get with Sandy Bridge.
The Asrock Z77 Extreme4 is a better motherboard choice.
Ditch that RAM for two kits of [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] It overclocks easily to 2000 9-9-9-24 1T @ 1.5 volts. Really. It also doesn't have pointless heatsinks (useless on DDR3) and won't get in the way of coolers.
The 670 is ~95% of the 680, so you're paying a lot for very little performance. Stick with a 670. With the $30 off code, [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
SSDs in RAID make things complicated with TRIM, but I believe Intel SSDs have support for it. Personally I'd avoid it and go for a faster and higher-capacity single drive.
What power supply, cooler, and case are you looking at? You'll probably want a mechanical hard drive for storage as well.
