If you are talking about getting someone's IP address through your link then yeah you will be able to find out where they live. Not that hard.

yes but for some reason my ip adress says i live somewhere else so i dont know if its accurate. plus i am paying so its not a bad thing

Good I think what you are trying to do is track their IP address and find where they live, well first their are wesbite that already do it as it is not hard and about the $5 why don't you so proof first.

It's not your IP it's the website they don't want it pinpointing where you live.
