the multi team team deathmatch is also known as Squad deathmatch.BF3 has the same game mode.

what i dont get is its called MULTI team death match but only 3 teams i thought multi was 4 +

Since multi is short for multiple no, it doesn't have to be four. Multi just means a multiple of something, and who knows they might even have six team td. Gamescom will hold more secrets.
