You downloaded Windows 7 illegally.
If you actually bought it then it's a different problem. If you downloaded it, get out of your house and go buy it.
WHAT? I bought this PC that had Windows 7 on it.
Did you buy it from an authorized dealer or from some random person?
I bought it from Best Buy

Alright so it's a good Windows 7.
Press start, type in services and click on Services. Go down to Security Center and make sure it's turned on then restart the program.
