So I made this topic because a few users requested it so here i go.
Who here is completely tired of Youtube? The ads on Youtube? OR are you scared to download because you might get Copyright Infringement? Well then this is going to be awesome for you.
"Spotify, a Swedish online music-on-demand service, has an impressive group of followers, including Mark Zuckerberg and 10 million European subscribers." ABC NEWS
So is Spotify the future of music? It is being hailed as the 21st century solution to our music listening needs. What is the big deal behind Spotify?
"Any song, any time, anywhere," said Joe Brown, editor-in-chief of tech blog Gizmodo. "As lives are increasingly interconnected, it becomes more and more unrealistic to store your music on a specific device. Spotify represents today's demands of music listening." ABC NEWS (cont.)
Spotify is a Music center that earns cash for the stock holders and the artists who produced the songs. "27 March 2009: 12,582,501 tracks" <--- That is a whopping 12.5 million tracks. Now think, what is the catch? Well Spotify in 2012 has almost every song there is I seriously doubt you can't find a song from them. Although about every 20-30 songs you play there is a casual ad about music but it is shorter then 30 seconds long. So, lets cut to the chase. GET SPOTIFY!

IS SPOTIFY LEGIT - "They have agreements with several (if not all) the major labels & distributors, but their rates are notoriously low - between $0.0013 and $0.002 per play by some accounts. Honestly, when I saw Spotify coming online overseas, I declared "it's over". When I saw it coming online in America I started looking for other income streams for myself. I believe it is a long-time game-changer that will put, if not the final nail in the coffin, some big heavy nails in the coffin that will basically seal it shut. The best we can hope for is that artists will begin to shun Spotify and refuse their service and in the end the pittance the pay in royalties will be their own demise. If Spotify grows and becomes a "point source" for many people (as it seems to be doing with its integration into Facebook), I think it is going to mean really bad news going forward."
"Spotify's new free service: Some first impressions
The latest in the social music sharing web sites to hit the US. Spotify has been in Europe since 2009 but just this week hit our shores. Spotify streams music from their servers right to your device for free for 6 months (supported by audio ads inserted into your play lists). Best news is this is a legal way to explore new music. You can also share play lists with friends and link to your Facebook account."
