Today i recently got banned on xbox live for, "PHISHING" and other crap. I'm wondering if there's a way to get unconsole banned please help.

The only way you can unban a console right now is if it is RGH'ed/Jtag'ed/XDK or unless you convince XBLPET to unban it, or your a member of XBLPET. You also agreed to the Terms of Use, and you deserve the ban.
