I bought premium and i didnt download any map packs yet and a message came up and said "Close Quarters map pack has been unlocked" so i went to download it and it has already been downloaded so i went to download Back to Karkand map pack and it says its a 2 GB download so i figured it would take quite a while, so i leave it to download and come back a few hours later and its stuck at 1%. other times I tried downloading it, it disconnects me from xbox live. I don't know what to do.

also, it says I own the back to karkland map pack, but I dont have access to it.
