ok, well i have unlocked my HTC Evo3d but i had the stock Rom on it.
and i was upgrading to the ICS update and it makes my phone freeze on the loading screen
i dont have a back up as i lost it
i dont care what i lose i just wanna be able to use my phone again like normal.
if there is anyway to revert back to the way i had it before the lock or even a stock ROM
please help me as i am phoneless right now!

Connect phone w/ debugging mode enabled.
Open CMD, type in "cd C:\{dir of android-sdk}\platform-tools
Type "adb reboot bootloader"
Type "fastboot flash boot boot.img" NOTE: boot.img must be in the platform-tools folder.
Once completed, reboot phone.
Go into Clockwork Mod
Go to Whipe Data/Factory Reset
Then, Whipe Cache / Whipe Davlik Cache.
Install .zip from SD Card
Choose ICS
There you go.
