What to do:
First off you should be running my iHcDLLv2
Download: mediafire.com/download.php?dlijg9nnqi3pppn
Now use this cmd.txt file (this has the commands for unlock all and stats)
Download: mediafire.com/download.php?vobha83dg7wo71y
That's it - system link with your retail (Xbox LIVE Unlocks: On)
Press DOWN on the DPAD
You should see "iHcDLL: Unlock All + Stats Complete" in the kill feed
Both xbox's will have All Challenges Unlocked + Stats
For those who want to know more about how it works:
It's actually very simple, the J server command sets the player stat on the client you send it to.
You can see the id's and values in the cmd.txt
The reason why people may be getting black screen is that people are pressing dpad down in the menus instead of the game.

You forgot to mention how both your retail and your JTAG/RGH needs to be connected to your modem/router.
