The guy is Anthony Davis and I believe that he is holding the Black Ops Prestige Edition. Assuming He may not have played Black Ops then hey may have given him that. That little picture on the left is the steel case of Black Ops.

I think Activision confirmed that there wasn't going to be a hardened/prestige edition for Black Ops 2. At least for once, they aren't being as greedy.
