Is there anyway to fix or do i just have to life with it its 3 years old my screen and computer..

Could be various issues causing the problem:
1. Loose connection
2. Backlight bleeding
3. Damaged LCD
If you have another monitor, try connecting that and see if the issue persists. If that is the scenario, the problem may be with your motherboard.
Try resetting your monitor back to factory settings.
Your LCD could be damaged or isn't calibrated.

This may sound stupid but have you tried restarting your computer? My screen's done that before and I restarted it, fixed.
It worked for me, maybe it'll work for you.

Oh wow usually physical damage to a computer is much harder to fix so, hmm good luck with that.
