Can I use the SAME RUNESCAPE account in TWO PowerBot Windows?
Running TWO differnt scripts? So I can train 2 (or more) levels at once. Is this possible?

Not possible.
Runescape only allows an account to be logged in once, a message will come up and it will not allow you to enter the game on that account until it has been logged out from the other window.
