You can't gift unicorn cars, they can be modded for you or won by doing rivals events.

Well i say 'ANY'

You can gift the NULL CAR and i think the BMW M3 GTR

But not only that, none of the unicorn cars have 10 everything...
Besides, i have them all, they aint nothing special...
You aint missing out on anything

No you cannot gift ANY unicorn got banned on multiple account due to that :/
