I will get both consoles, as you can't judge one without having it.
I also like features that both consoles give however I do prefer the Xbox 360 over the PS3, and with the way Microsoft and developing the 360 I am going to assume that I will prefer the 720 over PS4.
However, I would need to wait until both are out before I can make a decision. I also think the first to release will be the most successful, Xbox 360 released before PS3 giving them time to fix most hardware faults before the PS3 was even released.
But with the software additions to the Xbox 360 I wouldn't imagine a new console until late 2013, early 2014.
